All information supplied to us is strictly confidential and is only used to send your goods. It is not recorded or passed on to any third party.

We will try to get orders out as soon as possible, but obviously that is subject to stock, so please allow 28 days in case an item is temporarily out of stock. If you need an item for a particular date, please ring us first and confirm the item is in stock.


All orders are sent by post office or courier. If an item is of high value we will normally send by recorded delivery or tracked courier. If it goes missing, we will track the item and if we are sure that the post office / courier company is at fault, we will replace the item and pay postage to resend the goods to you.


If an item is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days, with your invoice for exchange or refund (including your postal costs).
If an item is unsuitable, please return the item to us within 10 days for exchange or refund excluding postal costs.
